Manually add lines

Gift tickets

InnovaCommerce POS permits you to print gift tickets to give to your clients which solicitate it. This ticket differs from the habitual ticket only in that it doesnt print the price of each product or the total of the ticket. Also, as aditional information to identify the sale in case of a return the order number is included onn the ticket. so, it is solely a ticket to efectuate product exchanges due to it not being a simplified invoice.

Park tickets

A recurring case in physical shops is the need to park a sale, open new tickets and later continue with the previous sale. You may park as many tickets as you need to and recover them at a later date, and in the meantime tend to the needs of other clients. Don't worry if one of the products on the parked ticket sells online, the POS will reserve all of the products on said ticket and they are subtracted from the general stock so that online sales will not affect the sale in your local shop, if you cancel the parked ticket, the reserved stock will be become available again for sale.

Ticket editing

InnovaCommerce POS permits you to edit the lines on a ticket you have created. From the POS you can modify the final price of a product "on the fly" or the amount of units added on the ticket. Simply activate manual line editing, double click the field you wish to edit and InnovaCommerce POS will run all the neccesary calculations in real time to relocate stock if neccesary. Discounts and coupons

If you wish to add a discount to your current ticket, you may do so on the whole ticket or on one line of the ticket, the discount bieng either a percentage or a fixed amount. The POS will add a new line to the ticket detailing the discounted amount and the subject. If your client has a discount coupon or gift coupon for your online shop, it can be used on the POS. The POS will do all the necessary operations, indicating on the ticket the use of the coupon and the result of doing so or discount type.

Clients with credit sales

With InnovaCommerce POS you have the posibility of making sales to client credit, which previously had been assigned to the client. To assign this credit to the client you have a specific section in the POS. Once the credit is assigned asociate the current ticket sale to the client and apply it to his account. Later on you may charge the owed credit, and generate a receipt from the POS, where the payments from accountability and the PrestaShop shop will be reflected.

Legal invoice printing

When a client goes to your shop and makes a purchase, generally the receipt you give will be a simplified invoice, but the client may ask for a normal invoice. If the sale has been asociated to certain client in InnovaCommerce POS, you may generate the purchase invoice and print it from the POS, you will only have to have a normal A4 printer conected to the POS, yuou can use both types of printers. Loyalty points

to use the PrestaShop client loyalty points system in the POS you only need to activate the loyalty module (or client rewards) in your PrestaShop shop , which is in all versions of PrestaShop by default. Once active you must configure it to your needs. While the module is active, upon making a sale from the POS to a client asociated to your online shop, the clients loyalty points will be automatically assigned as if the sale was made from the online shop, and your client may also review the information from your online shop.

Daily cash register closures

The POS helps you with daily cash register closures. From the terminals window upon closing session, the amount sold in each type of payment method will be visible, this way you may see which payment method is used the most by your clients. In this window you can check the amount in the register and the POS will notify you if there has been any kind of imbalance during the open session. Returns from the POS

you can manage returns from the POS in a simple manner, add the products to your ticket and edit a line, mark as many units in negative as are returning, and the stock will be updated automatically. For this return to be fiscally correct, you should add a line manually to your ticket indicating in subject the simplified invoice or invoice upon which you are doing the return. You can also use the create return button and follow the steps to return the clients purchase. If you finalize it on the clients account, the amount will be available as credit.

Rapid function codes

Advanced search

So that your searches may be the fastest posible, the POS includes an advanced product search with which you can search for your products via EAN13 codes, UPC, product refrences, product name or default category. Simply selecting the product or combination from the search results will add the product to the ticket. You can access this search with ease thanks to InnovaCommerce POS's interface, which is perfectly adapted to touch screens and common desktop computers.

Adding with a code reader

If you have bar codes configured in your PrestaShop shop you can add them directly using a code reader. Simply scanning the product code or the code of one of it's combinations the POS will add the product to the ticket with the amount of units that you have selected. If you have more than one product with the same reference, do not worry, upon scanning the product the POS will open a new window promting the user to choose which product is correct.

Register cash movements

From InnovaCommerce POS you will have complete control over the cash movements in your register. You can review all these movements in your database, which will be automatically asociated to the current session and visible in the register closure later. you will have control of the cash with simply doing a revision of the daily closes. Tag creation

When you receive an order from a provider, normally you tag it with the price and bar code which you have asigned to the product, so that the client can see the price and so that you can add the ticket to the register easily with a barcode scanner. Receiving goods

Product creation

InnovaCommerce POS permits you to register products directly from the POS. Creates products quickly for immediate sales. For example if you receive a package from your provider and you want to sell the product without registering it first in your database, add the product with basic data for the POS sale and later complete the rest of the information from the PrestaShop panel or from our ERP. If the product includes a barcode, you only have to pass it through the barcode scanner, complete the requested information and then you can add it to your ticket. Complete product creation soon available in the POS, with all information, as if you were creating it from the PrestaShop panel or from InnovaCommerce ERP.

Assign a sale to a client

The sales made from the POS by default are asociated to a client created in initial instalation of the program. It is the POS client and it uses the shop address for tax calculation and specific prices. These sales don't generate an invoice on the online shop, due to them not being fiscally correct. Instead it generates simplified invoice. If you wish to asociate the sale to a client you may do so, select the client and select the address to which asociate the sale, in this manner specific prices and discounts will be calculated asociated to the client. Once the sale is finalized, it will create an invoice asociated to the order. If the client does not exist it can be created in the POS y later selected.

Touch POS, computer or tablet

The interface is designed so that it adapts to any monitor size without any input on your side. For visualization options, you can choose if you wish to show the product images or texts and if you wish to change the product name for the reference. You are able to choose between four different visualization modes. From the same interface you can delete the image cache with the press of a button and the images will be re-downloaded automatically in the background to stop the system from slowing down. Very useful if you have any problem with the product images. Also we now include a special view to install on Windows tablets.
